2.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your display name, email address, and password. If you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID credentials.
• Organization Information: When you join an organization, we store your membership, assigned role, and association with that community.
• Content: Tasks you create (titles, descriptions), events you create (names, dates, times, descriptions), and your attendance responses.
• Preferences: Your language preference (English, German, or Vietnamese).

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for app functionality and troubleshooting.
• Usage Data: General usage patterns such as features accessed and interaction frequency to improve the App.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App
• Enable community features such as shared tasks, events, and member directories
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Save and apply your language and notification preferences
• Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, or support
• Monitor and analyze usage trends to enhance user experience

4. Data Sharing & Visibility

FaithHub is designed for community collaboration. Here is how your data is shared:

• Within Your Organization: Your display name, email, and role are visible to other members of your organization. Tasks and events you create are visible to all organization members.
• Event Attendance: When you RSVP to an event, your name and avatar are visible to other members viewing that event.
• We Do Not Sell Your Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
• Service Providers: We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and hosting services. Your data is processed in accordance with Google's privacy practices.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication, which are hosted on Google Cloud Platform. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Firebase Security Rules to restrict unauthorized access
• Password hashing (handled by Firebase Authentication)
• Role-based access within organizations

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. If you delete your account or leave an organization, your associated data will be removed in accordance with our data retention practices. Tasks and events you created may persist within the organization for other members.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.
• Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Objection: Object to certain processing of your data.

8. Children's Privacy

FaithHub is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 9. Third-Party Services

FaithHub uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication: For user account management and sign-in (including Apple Sign-In).
• Cloud Firestore: For storing application data (tasks, events, organizations, user profiles).
• Expo: For cross-platform mobile app delivery and updates.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the use of your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated policy.
